REHAB DEPARTMENT

Join our team.  Full time, part time and per diem positions available for PT, PTA, OTR and COTA.    

 C.N.A.

Part-time positions. All shifts. Must be available to work every other weekend. RN/LPN
Part time position on 7 - 3 shift for every weekend or every other weekend.  Must have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience.

ADULT DAY HEALTH CENTERS

RN 

Part time position available 2 to 3 Saturdays a month. Hours 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

 RN/CNA/ACTIVITY AIDES 

Per Diem positions available Monday through Friday.
