Director of Clinical Reimbursement

Exciting opportunity to work in a non-profit skilled nursing facility with a robust short-term rehabilitation unit. This is a chance to work with a seasoned group of professionals overseeing the integration of clinical and financial data. Must have a thorough knowledge of Medicare, managed care, MDS and MMQ systems as well as data management and quality improvement. Prefer an RN with 5 years of SNF experience. 

Activities Director

Plans organizes, and implements Nevins activities with meaningful purpose tailored to enrich the lives of our residents and encourage socialization. Creates and maintains and atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility. Includes management of staff, schedules and department budgets. Seeking someone with two years of social or recreation/activities program experience, previous memory care/Alzheimer's experience, flexibility with schedule, and a passion for working with the senior population.

MDS Nurse, Per Diem 

This position is responsible for assuring the timely completion of accurage assesements and interdisciplinary care plans that meet Federal and State guidelines. Included is identifying resident acuity and needs, helping to determine specific care needs and communicating needs/expectations to families and responsible parties. Seeing graduate of an accredited school of nursing in preparation for Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. RN preferred. Minimum one year experience in long term care enviornment. Thorough operational knowledge of MDS 3.0 and RAI Manual -- PPS/RUGs and OBRA.

RNs and LPNs, full time and part time, various shifts

Nevins is currently looking for remarkable RN’s and LPN’s to deliver compassionate care to our residents. To be considered you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of 1-2 years of either short-term rehab or long-term care experience and possess an unencumbered nursing license in Massachusetts. 

CNAs, full time and part time, various shifts - Ask as about our new afternoon shift differentials!
We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for our skilled nursing facility to assist residents with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care. Candidates must be certified in the state of MA and have a minimum of six months to one year related work experience, long term care experience preferred.

Dietary Aides, part time, various shifts
We are looking for Dietary Aides to provide assistance with all food functions including delivering and retrieving resident meals to the nursing units, and preparing food items for service.
